Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, we will permanently remove all your information from our systems, including:

  • Your name, profile information, and location data
  • Your participation from current and past activities
  • All messages and past posts you've created
  • Any media (photos, videos) you've uploaded
  • Your membership from all groups

How to delete your account:

  1. Open the PalsSocial app and make sure you are logged in to the account you are attempting to delete
  2. On the home page, tap your profile photo which is found on the top left of the screen that displays your profile avatar
  3. Once on Profile screen, scroll down to the bottom of the screen
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Follow the guided process to confirm your account deletion

If you're having difficulty deleting your account, please contact us at social@pals.social and we will work with you on your request to delete your account.

Children's Privacy

Pals Social is not for kids under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their info.
