Our Commitment
PalsSocial is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content or behavior on our platform. Protecting minors is a top priority, and we take proactive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any potential child safety concerns.
Age Requirements
PalsSocial is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must confirm they meet the minimum age requirement during account registration. We may terminate accounts if we discover a user does not meet our age requirements.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited on PalsSocial:
- Any content depicting or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexualized content involving minors in any form
- Grooming behavior or communication intended to exploit minors
- Sharing of content that sexualizes minors
- Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
- Any content that endangers the safety or well-being of minors
- Sextortion or blackmail targeting minors
Detection and Prevention
We employ multiple measures to detect and prevent CSAE content:
- Content Moderation: We actively monitor content shared on our platform
- User Reports: We provide easy-to-use in-app reporting tools for users to flag concerning content or behavior
- Account Verification: Age verification during sign-up to prevent underage users
- Trained Team: Our moderation team is trained to identify and respond to child safety issues
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you encounter any content or behavior that may endanger a child, please report it immediately:
- In-App Reporting: Use the report feature available on profiles, messages, and content

All reports are reviewed promptly and treated with the highest priority.
Enforcement Actions
When we identify violations of our child safety standards, we take immediate action:
- Immediate removal of violating content
- Permanent account suspension for users who violate child safety policies
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law
- Cooperation with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities
- Preservation of evidence for legal proceedings
Cooperation with Authorities
PalsSocial complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations. We also work with regional and national authorities as required by law.
